AI Solutions Engineer

You'll design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents for our clients — voice receptionists, lead qualification bots, customer support AI, document intelligence systems, and end-to-end workflow automation. You work directly with LLMs, build RAG pipelines, integrate third-party APIs, and own delivery from prototype to live. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who wants to ship real AI products that businesses rely on daily.

What you'll do

  • Build and deploy AI agents using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and agentic frameworks
  • Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for document intelligence
  • Integrate AI systems with CRM, ERP, WhatsApp, telephony, and custom client APIs
  • Build voice AI solutions for inbound call handling and appointment booking
  • Develop workflow automation that eliminates manual handoffs between business systems
  • Collaborate directly with clients to define requirements and demo solutions
  • Write clean, documented code and maintain production deployments
  • Contribute to internal tooling and reusable AI component library

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of software or AI/ML engineering experience in production environments
  • Strong Python and/or Node.js — you write code that actually runs in production
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) and prompt engineering
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agentic frameworks (or ability to build from scratch)
  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, or equivalent)
  • REST API design and third-party integration experience
  • Strong written English — you can communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bonus: experience with voice AI, telephony APIs (Twilio, VAPI), or multilingual NLP

You will own the full sales cycle for Grow IT Solutions — from prospecting and outreach through to discovery calls, technical demos, proposal writing, and closing. You'll be selling AI agent deployments, custom software projects, and managed IT solutions to SMEs and enterprises across Hong Kong and Asia. No script, no cold-call farm — this is consultative, relationship-driven technology sales for someone who genuinely understands what AI can do for a business.

What you'll do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Run discovery calls to understand client needs and map them to our AI and IT solutions
  • Deliver compelling demos of AI agents, automation workflows, and custom software capabilities
  • Write clear, commercial proposals and manage the deal through to close
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM discipline
  • Represent Grow IT Solutions at industry events, networking sessions, and technology forums
  • Build long-term client relationships that generate referrals and repeat projects
  • Feed market intelligence back to the product and engineering teams

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of B2B technology sales experience — SaaS, IT services, digital transformation, or consulting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong Cantonese and English communication (Mandarin a significant plus)
  • Comfortable explaining technical AI and software concepts to non-technical decision makers
  • Self-starter with a structured sales process — you don't need to be managed, you need to be enabled
  • Existing network in the Hong Kong business community is a major advantage
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and technology — you need to believe in what you're selling
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
HKD 20,000 – 45,000 / month base  +  uncapped commission  ·  OTE significantly higher
